Director Dialogues – Strengthening Campus Ministers: Well-Being, Formation, and Spiritual Growth

In response to your requests, ACCU hosts regular calls for its member Campus Ministry Directors. We hope this provides an informal place to gather, share ideas and promising practices, and be supported by your colleagues.
This session will explore practical and creative ways to care for campus ministry staff who are often underpaid, overextended, and deeply committed to the mission. We’ll look at concrete strategies for supporting their emotional and spiritual well-being, offering meaningful professional development, and nurturing their ongoing faith formation—so that those who pour into students can themselves be renewed, encouraged, and equipped for the long haul.
