In response to your requests, ACCU hosts regular calls for its member Campus Ministry Directors. We hope this provides an informal place to gather, share ideas and promising practices, and be supported by your colleagues.
This session explores the delicate balance between large-scale programs that reach many and the one-on-one encounters that foster genuine conversion. It will address how to navigate the line between numbers, metrics, and meaningful ministry, offering practical strategies for pairing broad programming with deep accompaniment. Participants will also learn how to move beyond attendance counts by using thoughtful surveys, evaluations, and storytelling to capture both the breadth and depth of their impact.
