Rome Seminar Hotel Information

Each year, ACCU aims to negotiate discounted room rates for Rome Seminar participants. Most recently, the Palazzo Cardinal Cesi agreed to offer discounts for Rome Seminar participants. The property is conveniently located blocks from St. Peter’s Square and contact information for the hotel is provided below. Please note that regardless of where participants choose to stay, all transportation, including buses, to seminar events depart from the Via della Conciliazione.

In order to secure the ACCU discounted rate, reservations should be made by e-mailing or calling the hotel, Monday through Friday. Please do not book your room online and prepay. Room availability is always on a first-come, first-served basis and reservations must be made by the stated deadline to receive the group rate (March 31, 2021). Early arrivals and late departures are subject to availability.

Previous participants have recommended arriving the day before the program begins to adjust to the time change.
