Virtual Meeting Sponsorship Yields High ROI

  • Presence in the Virtual Exhibit Hall: With direct links to your company, sponsors will be able to interact in real-time with virtual visitors and schedule one-on-one appointments for future discussions.
  • Plenary sessions will give your company high-level exposure with on-screen branding and speaking opportunities.
  • Breakout sessions will feature sponsor logos and provide opportunities to facilitate chat rooms and post-session Q&A’s.
  • Sponsor slides and videos can be made available 10 minutes before the start of each session and at the end of sessions.
  • Extend the life of your sponsorship: All plenary and breakout sessions will be recorded for on-demand viewing, with sponsorship branding included.

Important Sponsor Dates to Remember

  • September 30, 2020: Annual Meeting registration opens.
  • October 30, 2020: Deadline for digital logo submission for live-stream presence and website description.
  • November 17, 2020: Deadline for payment to secure sponsorship.
  • December 15, 2020: Deadline to submit all content (35-word business description, contact name and email, logo, link to website) for virtual Exhibit Hall.
  • January 14 or 21, 2021: Sponsor prep sessions for virtual Exhibit Hall.
  • Friday, February 5, 2021: ACCU Annual Meeting begins at 11:00 am (Eastern).
  • Saturday, February 6, 2021: ACCU Annual Meeting ends at 4:00 pm (Eastern).
