Important Sponsor Dates to Remember

  • AUGUST 2021: Annual Meeting registration opens.
  • OCTOBER 12: Early-bird registration rate ends.
  • NOVEMBER 9: Deadline for payment to secure sponsorship level, logo submission for printed program, and Real-World Solutions Session description for printed program and website.
  • DECEMBER 14: Regular registration rate ends.
  • FEBRUARY 2, 2022: All materials should have arrived at Capital Hilton Hotel (sponsors are responsible for shipping their own materials).
  • FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 4: Annual Meeting registration desk opens at 9:00 am.
  • SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 5: Set-up for Platinum, Gold, and Silver sponsors with tables at the Capital Hilton begins at 8:00 am.
  • SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 5: ACCU Annual Meeting begins at 5:00 pm with Mass.
  • MONDAY, FEBRUARY 7: ACCU Annual Meeting ends at 11:00 am; take down and move out must be completed by 3:00 pm.
