PAYMENTS:

All payments must be converted and received in USD (United States Dollar) currency as applicable. 

Payments must be paid in full or a check envelope must be post-dated for the last date of the registration period or the registration will be automatically adjusted to the higher registration rate.

All registration fees must be paid in full on or before January 18, 2023.

Credit Card: ACCU accepts the following major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. You may submit credit card payment via your ACCU account 

Check:  For those unable to pay with a credit card, you can mail a check for your registration(s). Checks should be made payable to "Association of Catholic Colleges and Universities" and mailed to:

Consent

Please note that registrants consent to allowing ACCU to share their email addresses with Annual Meeting sponsors. They also acknowledge that images and/or videos captured while participating in the Annual Meeting and any associated programming may be used in ACCU marketing materials, including its social media platforms.

 

Cancellation 

Registrant requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to Alexandra Flinn-Palcic. Cancellations received on or before January 18, 2023, are entitled to a full refund minus a $150 administrative processing fee, per registrant for Annual Meeting and pre-conference registrations.

Should the in-person Annual Meeting be cancelled by ACCU as a result of force majeure, or act of government, the meeting will be held virtually. Registered participants will be refunded the difference between the in-person fee and the virtual participation fee.     

 
Substitutions 

Substitutions of a registered attendee is allowed before January 18 with the written authorization of the person who is no longer able to attend. The substitute attendee must be from the same institution as the prior registered attendee.

Please send the name of the original registrant and substitute attendee's name and contact information to Alexandra Flinn-Palcic by January 18, 2023.

 

Attendee Well-Being

ACCU follows all CDC guidelines and District of Columbia Deparment of Health mandates. At present, masking is voluntary.
