The Ritz-Carlton Hotel, Washington, DC

ACCU is pleased to offer a discounted room rate at the Annual Meeting conference hotel of $199 plus tax per night.  We reserve a limited number of rooms in the hotel block each year, so reserve early to secure your spot. The room block typically sells out by mid-December.

Check In/Out:

Hotel Cancellations: 

  • Cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to the day of arrival in order to avoid cancellation penalties.

Equinox Sports Club:

For those guests who are staying in the ACCU room block at the Ritz-Carlton, sports club access is available for an addition charge of $15 per person, per day.


High-Speed Internet Cost:

Attendees of the ACCU Annual Meeting room block will receive complimentary Wi-Fi in their rooms; all rooms have wireless and wired Internet available. There is also complimentary wireless Internet in the conference area.

Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA) is the closest airport to The Ritz-Carlton Washington, DC

  • Hotel direction: 5 miles north; roughly a 20-minute drive.
  • This hotel does not provide shuttle service.

Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD)

  • Hotel direction: 26 miles east; roughly a one-hour drive.
  • This hotel does not provide shuttle service.
  • There is no direct Metro access from Dulles to DC.  To access Metro,  pay $5.00 to get on the Silver Line Express Bus, which will take you from the airport to the end of Metro's Silver line.  From there you can access the Metro system.  Closest stop on the Silver line to the hotel is Foggy Bottom - GWU.  


Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI)

  • Hotel direction: 40 miles southwest; roughly a one-hour and 20-minute drive.
  • This hotel does not provide shuttle service.

Metro Information:

Metro is the rapid transit system in Washington, DC. The nearest Metro station to the hotel is the Dupont Circle stop on the Red line and Foggy Bottom-GWU on the Blue, Orange and Silver lines.
