Who attends the ACCU Annual Meeting?

About 250 leaders and senior executives of Catholic colleges and universities, including but not limited to presidents, vice presidents, board members, and mission/identity officers, attend the Meeting each year.

When does the Meeting officially begin and end?

The meeting convenes with the Opening Eucharistic Liturgy at 5:00 PM on Saturday, January 28, 2012 which will be celebrated by the Most Reverand Joseph P. McFadden, Bishop of Harrisburg. Adjournment will follow the 11:00 AM plenary session on Monday, January 30. Lunch is optional with a choice of a buffet lunch, or a boxed lunch to go.

What are the registration costs and hotel reservation deadlines?

Member Registration:

  • Early Registration: October 1 - 20, 2011 $425 for members
  • Registration: October 21 - December 31, 2011 $450 for members
  • Late Registration: January 1 - 20, 2012 $500 for members

Non-member Registration:

  • $975

Hotel Reservations:

  • Cutoff date for ACCU $189/night rate: January 6, 2012

How do I know if I am a member or non-member?

Employees at ACCU member institutions (indicated with * on the Excel list) may register as members. Attendees from other organizations must register as non-members.

What is my username and password?

An e-mail with an individualized username and password was sent to all past Annual Meeting participants. Please call or e-mail Andy Costigan (202-457-0650 / acostigan@accunet.org) if you are unable to log in.

Can I pay by credit card, by check or receive an invoice billed to my institution?

Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards are acceptable payment options. If it is necessary to pay by check, please contact ACCU prior to registering.

I have already registered but cannot attend. Can I cancel my registration?

Registrations cancelled prior to December 1, 2011 will be refunded if a written request for refund is sent to Andy Costigan prior to that date. Cancellations after December 1, 2011 cannot be refunded.
