It convened at 5:00 pm on Saturday, January 30, 2010, in Washington, DC, with Eucharistic Liturgy celebrated by Cardinal Theodore McCarrick, Archbishop Emeritus of Washington, DC. The meeting adjourned at 12:00 pm on Monday, February 1, 2010.
